mVisible™ Launches MyxerCodes™

New Technology Enables Indie Musicians to Share and Sell Ringtones to Fans Directly from the Stage Using Text Messaging

(DEERFIELD BEACH, FL) - mVisible™ Technologies today will launch MyxerCodes™ (http://www.myxertones.com/share/), a unique new technology that enables independent musicians to share and sell ringtones to their fans using text messaging. Artists using MyxerCodes in beta have been calling out MyxerCodes from the stage while performing at concerts. MyxerCodes is an extension of the MyxerTones™ platform, the simplest way for indie artists to offer ringtones directly from their own websites or MySpace pages. The announcement was made today by mVisible Technologies CTO and co-founder Myk Willis from the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City. Willis will be speaking on the “Downloading Dilemma: The Best and Worst Ways and Places to Sell and Market Digital Music” panel on Friday, November 3, 2006, at 3:45 p.m. at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Lobby (inside Alice Tully Hall).

When a band or solo artist opens a MyxerTones Share and Sell account, they now have the option of assigning MyxerCodes™ to each of the ringtones they upload. MyxerCodes can be just a few characters in length and can include letters and numbers. Once a code has been associated with a ringtone, an artist can tell their fans – from the stage or on promotional materials -- to text the code to MYXER (69937) to receive the ringtone instantly. There is no need to log on to a computer to get the ringtone on your phone. Billing is done through mobile carriers’ SMS.

“For fans attending a live performance by their favorite independent band, MyxerCodes means instant gratification,” said Willis. “And for bands, MyxerCodes means being able to capitalize on the energy generated at live shows.”

Three artists who will be announcing MyxerCodes to their audiences during their performances at CMJ are:

Valeze (www.valeze.net) – show on Tuesday, October 31st 11 p.m. at Crash Mansion
Her Majesty (www.hermajestyny.com) – show on Saturday, November 4th 7 p.m. at Fat Baby
The Willowz (www.thewillowz.com) – show on Saturday, November 4th 10 p.m. at Rebel

“We like that our fans can walk away from one of our shows with our song ‘Open Up Your Arms’ as their ringtone.
That was never possible for an indie band before MyxerCodes came along,” said Her Majesty lead singer and guitarist
JP. “The whole process of downloading ringtones using MyxerTones is intuitive. Now with MyxerCodes there’s the
added bonus of being able to provide ringtones immediately without logging on to the computer – just text
HERMAJESTY to 69937 and voila."
