mVisible™ Technologies, Inc. Completes Series A Round of Funding
Investors Recognize that mVisible™’s MyxerTones™ Provides the Simplest Way for
Independent Musicians to Share and Sell Ringtones
(DEERFIELD BEACH, FL) - mVisible Technologies, Inc. (www.mvisible.com), a company
that creates technology, products, and services that simplify the delivery of content to mobile devices,
today announced it has secured $3 million in Series A financing. The financing was led by New World
Angels, Inc., a group of South Florida-based private investors dedicated to providing equity capital
to early and mid-stage entrepreneurial companies. mVisible will use the funding to scale the company,
the Myxer platform, and the MyxerTones website to support hundreds of thousands of independent musicians
and millions of their fans.
mVisible recently unveiled version 2.0 of MyxerTones™ (
www.myxertones.com), a web-based community from
which independent artist and user-generated content (ringtones, photos, etc.) is delivered and sold to
users on mobile phones.

technology that enables independent musicians to share and sell ringtones and wallpapers directly from
their own websites or MySpace pages. With the new funding in hand, mVisible plans to grow the team to
support the development of more groundbreaking technologies that provide more options to musicians and
their fans and drive consumer adoption of the popular MyxerTones site.

Using MyxerTones 2.0, artists can more easily manage the content they make available, whether they are
giving away promotional ringtones or selling them for a fee that they choose. The recently upgraded
interface provides musicians a central page to view, edit and track the number of downloads each of their
ringtones has received. More than 6,000 artists have created ringtones using MyxerTags since the service
launched in the spring. When artists decide to sell a song rather than making it free to their fans,
MyxerTones 2.0 now offers a wider range of billing services to purchase ringtones including new premium
SMS billing.
